Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel Comes to Turkey

Belgian classical music orchestrate Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel that comes to Turkey for the first time is to give two concerts at St. Irene Church and İzmir Ephesus Ancient City Celsus Library.
Maintaining its works with the aim of supporting young talented persons since its establishment and taking the road from Belgium with its supporters of 200 persons, "Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel" will meet Turkish audience on September 17, Saturday and September 19, Monday for the first time. All of the income of the concert to be realized in İzmir on September 19 will be transferred to Ephesus Foundation that aims at contributing in development of Ephesus Ancient City and its international publicity.

Unforgettable pieces by Mozart

Being famous worldwide with the album series of "Queen Elisabeth Music Voyage" released in 2007 and 2009, the band takes audience of "Queen Elisabeth Music Voyage" to a voyage at borders of eastern and western civilizations by ship with melodies borrowed from Libyan Shores and Adriatic coasts. The harmony established by experienced musicians and young colleagues allows musical diversity concept to arise in a form got out of the definition of generation.
 
The band will present pieces of Puccini and Mendelssohn under the conductorship of Jean-Claude Casadesus in the concert to be given at St. Irene Church on September 17 and pieces of Mozart in the concert to be given at Ephesus Ancient City Celsus Library on September 19.

A limited number of lucky guests will watch Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel and they will go to a travel full of music.
